Our suite, with two spacious rooms, provided direct access to the street, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions. Granted, the narrow roads make car access tricky, but there's a convenient parking lot less than 100 meters away. The room was clean and adequately outfitted; we even received an upgraded space upon arrival. With essentials like air conditioning and a fridge, it felt more like a hotel room rather than a typical rental. The flat-screen TV offered local channels, which was a nice touch for unwinding after a day out. While it lacks elaborate amenities, the practicality of having an electric kettle and dining table can't be overlooked. The host's hospitality was a standout; she was genuinely friendly and recommended a fantastic local restaurant. In summary, for the price point, the value is solid. If you're looking for basic comforts, a great location, and don't mind serveral frills, Residencial might just be what you need.
